Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to the pet and the person. They took excellent care of my cat from our first visit until the day she had to be put down. They treated her with care and affection when I brought her in for checkups or shots. When she got sick, the vet was able to list options, and basic care was very affordable. When the time came that she had to be put to sleep, that experience was memorable, the entire staff were sensitive to the loss and treated it with the same gravity that I felt, which is something I haven't found true everywhere, and never to this degree of personal care.
