Payment Information

  1. Payment is due at the time of services provided. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill our patients.
  2. We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash, checks, debit cards (no surcharge), and Apple Pay or Google Pay. All major credit cards are accepted and are subject to a 3% surcharge. For flexible financing, we also proudly accept Cherry, Scratchpay, and CareCredit (available for invoices of $200 or more).
  3. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks
