Melissa

Melissa is a registered veterinary technician and the loving, supportive wife of Dr. Zach Whitehead. She officially joined the EVH team in 2021, though she has been helping behind the scenes ever since Dr. Whitehead began his career at the Ellisville Veterinary Hospital in 2009. While Melissa now focuses on raising their two children, Brynlee and Asher, she still enjoys stepping into her technician role - especially when team members are on vacation or need an extra hand.

At home, she embraces the joyful chaos of their lively crew of pets, including three dogs, three cats, two horses, chickens, four snakes, a bird, and fish. Melissa's interests outside of EVH include anything Disney, all things chicken related, and living vicariously through Brynlee's horseback riding passion.
